Recruitment

1. Yearly recruitment at NVPC.

2. Recruitment through Moral Angel’s website.

3. Half yearly bring a friend day – we’ll brief them through the history of moral angels, and give them an overview of volunteering at Moral Home.

4. Develop a buddy system for all the new volunteer (to follow up with the new volunteer e.g. moral angels’ activties, and help them to adapt while volunteering.

Training

1. Quarterly training for volunteer (probably on the week when we are doing the movie screening) e.g. cooking class (learn to prepare snack for the old folk), singing class (dialect song), first aids, music therapy, recruitment guide, art and craft etc.

2. Combine training with ESN.
